This ceremony initiates the sacred portal of Embodied Bloom. We begin not with action, but with stillness. Not with force, but with surrender.
Here, we plant the inner seed—the intention of who we are becoming. This ceremony includes a soul-guided meditation, grounding ritual, and reflective journaling to begin your journey inward.

Ceremony Details:

  • A Soul-Guided Meditation to Plant the Inner Seed of Intention

  • A Grounding Ritual

  • Soul Reflection Journal Prompts to Begin the Journey Inward

 Preparation (optional): 

  • A small bowl of water or herbal tea

  • A seed, stone, or symbolic object (can be imagined or intended)

  • A candle (optional)

  • Journal + pen, notes app

  • Optional essential oil or flower essence
